• To match riders with nearby drivers
• To process payments and payouts via Stripe
• To provide customer support

• To send trip receipts and service updates

3. Location Data

We collect precise location data when the app is in use to enable ride matching and navigation. Drivers' locations are shared with matched riders during active trips only.

4. Payment Information

Payment card details are processed and stored by Stripe, Inc. FairRide does not store your full card number. Driver bank account information is managed through Stripe Connect.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate FairRide (Stripe for payments, Google Maps for navigation) and as required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Trip history is retained for 3 years for legal and safety purposes.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at privacy@fairride.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.
